Since an Indian friend started talking about the authentic food in TAJ restaurant, I have been longing to give it a try. TAJ is a partnership between three friends from China , India and Bangle. They have brought on two chefs with more than 20 years experience. They all have the same goal- to bring authentic Indian cuisine to the Chinese.
It isn't a big fancy restaurant with a lot of decoration, but TAJ cooks up real authentic Indian dished. On display are all kinds of Spices and Indian legume, which are very hard to find in China . It is said that all the ingredients are from India , even the utensils.
